GRANDMA'S TURKEY STUFFING 
Cook giblets while you do the following:

Saute 2 onions and 4 sticks butter in skillet until onion gets a little soft. Add 3 cups celery to onion and butter. Let 2 loaves of bread dry out and tear it up. Pour butter mixture over dry bread. Add broth and cut up giblets and mix. Add 1 can chopped cashews. Salt and pepper to taste. Stuff bird.
