GRANDMA'S CHICKEN BAKE 
3 chicken breasts, split, boned & skinned
6 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
2 c. stuffing mix
1 stick butter

Place chicken in a lightly oiled 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top each piece of chicken with cheese. Put mushrooms on top of cheese. Mix soup and water; pour over top of chicken. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, then spread stuffing over the top and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
