SWISS CHICKEN BAKE 
6 chicken breasts, split in halves, boned & skin removed
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sherry
3 c. pkg. herb stuffing mix
Add 1/4 c. chopped celery & 2 tbsp. chopped onion with stuffing
1 tbsp. butter

1. Place chicken breasts in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

2. Combine soup and sherry; pour over Swiss cheese. Evenly spoon dressing over all. Dot with butter.

3. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender. 6 servings.
