SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
4 c. plain croutons
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
4 c. milk
10 to 12 eggs
1 lb. mild sausage, cooked and crumbled
4 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard, paprika
1 tbsp.minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix croutons, cheese and sausage and put into greased casserole, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Slightly beat eggs and add all remaining ingredients to them. Pour this over the croutons, cheese and sausage. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake 45 minutes in 325 degree oven until firm and light brown. This can be made the night before.
