EGG & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
Small amount of onion, chopped
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
6 slices bread, cubed

Brown sausage and drain on paper towel. Brown onion. Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard; beat well. Add cheese and bread to egg mixture; add sausage and onion. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan and refrigerate overnight. Next day, let casserole set out while preheating oven to 350 degrees. Bake, covered for 45 minutes; then finish baking uncovered for additional 15 minutes until browned. Cut into squares and serve.
