PIZZA CRUST DOUGH | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 2 c. very warm water 1 tsp. salt 5 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose) 3 tbsp. oil Dissolve yeast in warm water then add oil and salt. Stir in flour to make a moist dough. Place in greased bowl in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. Makes enough crust for 2 pizzas. (Cook dough at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes before putting anything on the crust.) |
