TUNA-PICKLE LOAF 
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, well beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. diced sweet pickles
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Shape mixture into a loaf; place in a buttered baking dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand about 5 minutes before slicing. Yields 4 servings.
