BROCCOLI-SWISS CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 drops Tabasco sauce
4 c. cooked, chopped broccoli
2 c. (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can corn, drained
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. bread crumbs (saute in 2 tbsp. butter)
1/2 c. cooked, crumbled bacon (approximately 8 pieces)

Combine cottage cheese, eggs, 1/4 cup butter, and flour in blender until smooth. Set aside.

Combine broccoli, Swiss cheese, corn, onion, salt, pepper and Tabasco; stir in cottage cheese mixture. Pour into lightly greased, shallow, 2 quart casserole. Saute bread crumbs, add bacon, sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
