PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can (lg.) crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. (6 oz.) vanilla pudding mix
1 c. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
Flaked coconut, lightly toasted

Prepare cake in 13x9 inch baking pan and bake according to package directions.

Combine crushed pineapple and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool slightly.

When baked cake has cooled, pierce holes in cake with fork. Pour pineapple mixture over it.

Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Cool. Spread prepared pudding over top. Chill.
