PINEAPPLE PUDDING CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 yellow pudding cake mix
1 c. pineapple juice
3 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter

Drain pineapple well. Reserve 1 cup juice. Mix together cake mix, pineapple juice, eggs, and oil. Beat well. Grease and flour tube pan. Mix coconut, nut, and butter. Spread in bottom of pan. Pour cake batter over nut mixture. Sprinkle well drained pineapple over top. With fork, lightly mix into top of batter. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 35-45 minutes.
