CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
6 servings prepared instant mashed potatoes
4 oz. whipped cream cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. snipped parsley

Add cheese to mashed potatoes. Beat well. Stir in egg, onion, parsley and blend. Bake in 1 quart souffle or baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Dot with butter and paprika.
