CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
3 c. mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
5 to 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 sm. green onion, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Spread potatoes evenly in a lightly buttered 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Top with sour cream, sprinkle with bacon and onion. Top with cheese. Bake potatoes at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Yield: 6 servings.
