CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
3 c. mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 sm. green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Evenly spread potatoes in a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with sour cream; sprinkle with bacon and onion. Top with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
