CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
Instant mashed potatoes
4 oz. cream cheese, whipped
1 egg
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. butter

Make instant mashed potatoes for 6 servings omitting the butter according to the package. Add the whipped cream cheese. Beat well. Stir in 1 beaten egg, onion and parsley; blend well. Transfer to a well greased 1 quart baking dish. Dot with 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
