PORK CHOPS AND APPLES 
9-11 pork chops, family pack
4-6 apples, depending on size
Butter, butter OR spread
Nutmeg
Crockpot

Peel, core and slice apples. Quickly sear the chops on both sides. (Trim fat first, of course.)

Layer chops, dab a little butter or substitute. Sprinkle with nutmeg, then apple slices.

Repeat until you use all chops and apple. Put on high before you go to work and it's ready when you come home.
