1 (16 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Any brand vanilla wafers
Cupcake liners
Pie filling (cherry, blueberry or pineapple)

Mix and beat all ingredients for 5 minutes. Put cupcake liners into pan. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each cup. Fill 1/2 full with batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool and top with desired pie filling. Makes 24.
