BREAKFAST EGG DISH 
8 slices bacon
2 c. bread crumbs
1 3/4 c. milk
8 eggs
4 slices Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper

TOPPING:

1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

First in skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove and blot dry. Drain grease from skillet.

Into a bowl put 2 cups bread cut into small pieces. Pour over bread 1 3/4 cups milk. When soaked, drain milk through strainer. Save milk (to mix with eggs).

Into another bowl blend 8 eggs, adding the above milk, salt, pepper to taste.

Melt 4 tablespoons butter in skillet, pour in egg mixture cooking until only soft, slightly heavy, not fully cooked. Then add bread pieces. Mix together. Into a lightly greased 9 inch square pan, pour egg/bread mixture, sprinkle with seasoning salt, if desired, cover with 4 slices Swiss cheese.

Topping: Combine 2 tablespoons butter, melted with 1/2 cup bread crumb. Sprinkle on top of cheese, then add crumbled bacon. Cover, and place in refrigerator overnight. Next morning heat through at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
