BREAKFAST/BRUNCH DISH 
12 buttered slices of white bread, cubed
1 lb. ham, cubed
1 lb. cheese, cubed
3 c. milk
4 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 lb. melted butter

Grease 9x13 inch pan. Layer bread, ham and cheese. Mix milk, eggs, salt, dry mustard and melted butter. Pour mixture over bread, ham and cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving. It sets up and serves in nice squares. NOTE: Onion and green pepper can be added for variation.
