EGG, CHEESE, & HAM BRUNCH DISH 
13 x 9 inch pan
16 slices of bread, crusts removed
8 slices of sharp cheese
8 slices of boiled ham
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms

Lightly butter 8 slices of bread. Place butter-side up in greased dish. Layer with cheese, then ham. Butter 8 more slices of bread and place on top, buttered-side up. Combine milk, egg and mustard and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, place the mushrooms on top, then sprinkle flakes and melted butter over the top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
