EGG BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
4 cups croûtons, must use one bag Texas Toast Garlic and Butter, and 1 bag Texas Toast seasoned
2 cups sharp shredded cheese
8 eggs, beaten
4 cups milk
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package bacon, cooked and crumbled

Place croûtons in a greased 9X13-inch glass casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over croûtons.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour 15 minutes
