BREAKFAST EGG DISH 
A good way to use Easter eggs! Layer: 18 hard boiled eggs, sliced and 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. cream
1 lb. diced cheese (Velveeta, American or mild cheese)
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley

Cook together butter and flour. Add milk, cream and Velveeta; thicken. Add spices. Pour over layers. Cover and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
