BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. broccoli, chopped & cooked
1 1/3 c. Minute rice, uncooked
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced

Mix together the above and place in buttered casserole dish. Melt 3/4 stick butter and pour on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
