BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion, saute in 2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked instant rice
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients and pour into a large greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
