CHOCOLATE GLAZED ORANGE CUPS 
1 qt. orange sherbet
1/4 c. butter or marg.
1 c. real semi sweet choc. chips
Few drops orange extract or 1 tsp. orange liqueur
1/4 tsp. grated orange zest

30 minutes before meal time, form sherbet with round ice cream scoop. Place on plates in freezer. Microwave butter on high 20 to 25 seconds in 2 cup glass measure.

Add chocolate chips to butter and microwave on high 30 to 45 seconds, stirring once. Add orange extract or liqueur and orange zest; freezer, spoon chocolate glaze over sherbet. Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
