GLAZED TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BREAD 
2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. mini-chocolate chips, melted
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mini-chocolate chips

FROSTING:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
5 tsp. water
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Beat until creamy the brown sugar and butter. Then add melted chips. Mix well. Add the next six ingredients, mix well. Stir in the 1/2 cup mini-chips. Pour batter into 5 mini-loaf pans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frost while slightly warm with glaze ingredients. Combine chips, butter and water in saucepan. Cook on low until melted smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and frost.
