CAESAR SALAD 
1 1/2 qt. Romaine lettuce, in bits
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. garlic croutons
1 raw egg, beaten well

Toss above with the following dressing:

1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tsp. lemon juice (fresh)
8 tbsp. salad oil (1/2 c.)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 tsp. vinegar
1 lg. clove garlic, mashed

Either garnish with anchovies or add a bit of anchovie paste to the dressing for flavor. Serves 4.
