Toasted almonds Rice: In separate casserole 1. 5 tablespoons melted butter 2. 1 cup beef consomme 3. 1 chopped onion 4. 1 cup rice SUPREME SAUCE: 4 tbsp. melted butter 4 tbsp. flour Stir in 2 cups chicken broth plus 1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes. Stir until gravy consistency. Colorful and tasty dish that's fun for having people over. Bake covered 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
