JAPANESE STACK UP 
Order of stacking on plate:

1. Rice (see recipe) 2. Cooked chicken pieces, deboned 3. Supreme sauce, see recipe 4. Chinese noodles 5. Diced tomatoes 6. Chopped onions 7. Chopped green pepper 8. Chopped celery 9. Grated cheddar cheese 10. Supreme sauce 11. Chinese noodles 12. Crushed pineapple 13. Shredded coconut 14. Toasted almonds

Rice: In separate casserole

1. 5 tablespoons melted butter 2. 1 cup beef consomme 3. 1 chopped onion 4. 1 cup rice

SUPREME SAUCE:

4 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. flour

Stir in 2 cups chicken broth plus 1 or 2 chicken bouillon cubes. Stir until gravy consistency. Colorful and tasty dish that's fun for having people over.

Bake covered 1 hour at 325 degrees.
