JAPANESE CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut in pieces

Shake chicken in seasoned flour and fry until crisp. Put in shallow baking pan and pour sauce over it.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. vinegar

Bake for 30 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken during baking. Sauce is very good on rice.
