VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. stew meat
3 potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, cubed
1 onion, chopped in lg. chunks
2 cans tomatoes
Salt

Heat Dutch oven, add stew meat. Brown. Add 1 1/2 cups water. Continue cooking meat for approximately 15 minutes. Add all above ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
