1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. instant pudding (butterscotch, lemon or chocolate)
3 c. milk

Melt butter and mix flour and pecans. Put in bottom of baking dish (9x12 inch). Bake 350 degrees until light brown. Cool.

2nd LAYER: Cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Mix together and spread over crust.

3rd LAYER: Dissolve pudding with milk (follow directions for pudding). Spread over 2nd layer.

4th LAYER: Top with Cool Whip.
