PORK CHOPS AND STUFFING 
4 pork chops
3 c. soft bread cubes
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter
Water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown pork chops on both sides. Pour off excess grease. Mix bread cubes, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop. Blend cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water. Pour over pork chops in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
