1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
1 envelope (1 1/2) taco seasoning mix
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 1/4) whole kernel corn, drained
2 c Bisquick baking mix
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c milk
2 eggs

Pre heat oven to 350°F. Cook ground beef and onion; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2 baking pan. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture.

Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired. 8 to 10 servings.
