PORK CHOPS IN MUSHROOM GRAVY 
6 to 8 pork chops
Salt & pepper
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can milk

Fry chops in shortening, browning them well. Remove to baking dish. Pour off grease, leaving browned drippings in pan. Put soup in pan; heat and stir so that drippings dissolve in soup. Gradually stir in the milk. Heat thoroughly and pour over chops. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees, 1 to 2 hours or until chops are tender. Serve with mashed potatoes.
