CARAMEL-GLAZED SWEET POTATOES 
2 c. sweet potatoes, about 2 lg. potatoes, cooked, peeled, cut into 1" chunks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butterscotch dessert topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put sweet potato chunks in an ungreased 8" square baking dish; season with salt. Spoon butterscotch topping over potatoes. Bake, uncovered for 25 to 35 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally with sauce that accumulates in pan. 4 servings.
