2 pkgs. orange Jell-O
3 c. hot water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. apricot juice
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. mashed apricots
2 c. marshmallows (optional)

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add marshmallows. Add pineapple and apricot juices. Put in apricots and crushed pineapple. Let cool and set.

TOPPING:

1 c. Dream Whip, whipped
1/2 c. apricot juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Add egg, flour and butter to sugar and juices, cook and cool. Then add Dream Whip. Spread on set Jell-O. Cover with grated cheddar cheese.
