ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. ground meat
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sweet basil
3-4 eggs
Enough water to moisten

Mix all ingredients well. Form into balls. Place on slightly oiled cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned.
