BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soft butter

Mix 3/4 cup sugar, shortening, eggs and milk until well blended. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cloves. Fold in blueberries. Spread in greased 9-inch square pan.

Combine remaining ingredients and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cut into squares and serve warm. 9 servings.
