SWEET POTATO CRUNCH | |
1 lg. can sweet potatoes or yams, mashed with potato masher until smooth TOPPING: 1 stick butter 1 c. brown sugar Mash sweet potatoes until smooth. Place in buttered baking dish. Dot with butter. Blend topping ingredients in saucepan over low heat until sugar and butter are melted. Mix 1 to 2 cups of Corn Flakes with sugar mixture. Spread topping mixture over mashed potatoes. Bake 15 minutes in 400 degree oven. |
