SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
1/3 c. melted butter
3 c. (1 lb. can) mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Mix above 5 ingredients with mixer.

1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix above ingredients. Put on top of sweet potatoes. Bake until brown, 375 degrees. Serve hot.
