2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/4 c. pancake mix
Brown and Serve Sausages or bacon, cooked

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Combine with milk. Add mix and butter. Beat until smooth. Pour into 2 greased 8 inch round cake pans. Arrange sausage or bacon on batter, spoke fashion.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut into 5 wedges. Serve hot with butter and syrup.
