LENTIL STEW II 
1 med. onion, cut up
1/3 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. oil
6 c. water
1 1/2 c. dry lentils
1 c. sliced carrots
2 c. stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. dry elbow macaroni
Seasoning to taste

Saute onions and celery in oil until slightly browned. Add water, lentils and seasonings; cook about 30 minutes. Add tomatoes, carrots and macaroni; cook 15-20 minutes more, or until macaroni is done. Serves 6-8.
