SALAD SANDWICH 
1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
6 slices cucumbers
1/4 firm tomato
1/4 onion
1/4 sliced green pepper
Lettuce leaves
3 mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/8 lg. apple
1 kosher dill pickle
2 slices bread

Wash all ingredients. Then slice as thin as possible. On both pieces of the bread spread the mayonnaise thin. On one side lay 3 slices of tomato and on the other 3 slices of onion. This will allow the juices to run into the mayonnaise. Then start building your sandwich. Add the mushrooms on one side and cucumbers on the other side. Be sure you sprinkle seasoned salt on each layer. Now add the pickle on one side and the green pepepr on the other, put the this slice of apple on. You can add slices of raw cooked neck squash or raw turnip if you lie. 140 calories.
