1 lg. lettuce leaf
1 and 1/2 canned pineapple rings
1/2 banana
2 tbsp. juice from pineapple
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 maraschino cherry

Place pineapple ring on lettuce leaf. Put 1/2 banana in ring, cut side down; place 1/2 pineapple ring along side banana to resemble a handle. Place cherry on top to resemble flame. Mix juice and mayonnaise until mayonnaise is lumpy, to resemble candle wax, and drip down sides of banana. Makes a fun fruit salad for children.
