CHICKEN SOPA 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chicken
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 (10 oz.) pkg. med. corn tortillas (torn up) or 1/2 bag tortilla chips (broken up)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased casserole (9x13). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. May be prepared ahead of time or frozen.
