SHOO - FLY - PIE | |
1/2 c. dark molasses 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water CRUMBS: 1 c. unsifted flour 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar SYRUP: Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked, pie crust lined 8 inch pie plate. CRUMBS: Mix together with hands and pour over syrup mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes more. Cool before eating. |
