DILLY BREAD 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced instant onion
1 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. dill seed
1 egg, room temperature
1 pkg. dry yeast

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, and soda. Add minced onion and dill seed. Heat together butter, unbeaten egg, and cottage cheese.

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water, and stir into mixture. Mix 1/2 of the flour in at a time. Dough will be stiff. Knead 5-8 minutes. Let rise 60 minutes.

Punch down. Place into greased loaf pan. Rise 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
