DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onions
2 tsp. dill seed
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. yeast

No knead bread. Take one cup of the three cups of flour and add all the remaining dry ingredients. In microwave bowl or glass measuring cup, combine 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup water, 1 tablespoon butter. Microwave until warm, then add 1 egg.

Place in mixing bowl. Combine dry ingredients and liquid mixture. Blend at lowest speed for 3 minutes. Add remaining 2 cups flour. Blend at medium speed setting until you have to finish mixing by hand.

Cover and let rise until double in bulk, about 1 hour. Stir batter down and then turn into a well-greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and let rise 30-40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Brush with butter after removing from pan.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
