BROWNIE PIZZA
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 1/4 c. M & M's
1/2 c. chopped English walnuts
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add egg and vanilla, blend well. Add cocoa, soda, salt, and flour; mix well. Stir in 1/2 cup of M & M's and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. This dough will be quite stiff. Spread dough on a 12 to 13 inch pizza pan covered with aluminum foil. Only spread dough to within 1 1/2 inches of the edge of the pan.

Sprinkle pizza with remaining M & M's, nuts, marshmallows, and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Be careful not to over bake. Cool 10 minutes, cut into pizza wedges and serve.

This is more attractive when made with the pastel M & M's available during the Easter season. This treat goes over well at kids' parties and for teenagers.
