BUSY DAY PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup
2 cans sliced white potatoes, drain and reserve liquid

Brown chops. Arrange in bottom of casserole. Cover with potatoes. Spread soup over potatoes. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until meat is done. If casserole seems to be getting too dry, add potato water.
