BUSY DAY HAM CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. Hostess ham
1 lg. bag corn stuffing or cornbread
1 lb. Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream

Cook ham according to directions. Grind or finely chop ham in large casserole (10x14 inch). Put a layer of stuffing, place the ground ham on top of stuffing, then top with 3/4 of the cheese. Top with more stuffing. Mix together the soup and sour cream and pour over the casserole. Top with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 16.
